Whether you’re visiting for work, relocation or a weekend getaway, this space offers a clean, quiet retreat.
This newly remodeled 2-bed, 2-bath condo offers comfort and convenience in one of Charlotte’s most desirable areas.
You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay:
• 2 King Beds
• 2 Full Bathrooms (1 Shower & 1 Tub)
• In-Unit Washer & Dryer
• Fully Stocked Kitchen
• Private Patio
• Free Parking
Step inside and you'll find a thoughtfully designed space that balances style and function across every room. The open-concept living and dining area features soft, neutral tones, a smart TV, and access to a private patio—perfect for a quiet moment or a cup of coffee with a view. Just off the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and a convenient bar seating area.
Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and calming design elements to help you rest and recharge. The primary bedroom includes a dedicated workspace and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own closet and smart TV, with easy access to the second full bathroom, which includes a tub and shower combination.
You’ll also have in-unit laundry, essential toiletries and plenty of closet space for extended stays. With reserved parking, guest parking and easy access to South Charlotte’s top destinations, this condo is a comfortable and convenient home base—whether you're here for work, rest, or a bit of both.
Guests have full private access to the entire condo during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the living and dining areas, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer and the private patio. You'll also have access to one designated parking spot (#17) and additional guest parking located directly in front of the unit.
As part of the community, you're welcome to use the shared amenities, including the grill, fire pit and pool. However, please note that these are managed by the HOA, and we cannot guarantee their availability or condition during your stay. (At this time, we are aware that the pool is currently out of order.)
