Host was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was perfect for the two of us. Wonderful location in the heart of NODA with plenty of great spots within walking distance. Would stay again!

Great place for 1-2 people, listing title is spot-on!

I stayed here when in town for work. The neighborhood has several dining options within just a few blocks, it is close to the Blue Line to get downtown, and the host is very communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.

Lovely stay

A friend and myself stayed here. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of NoDa, as the listing said. Great communication. Would stay here again if I ever make it out to North Carolina.

Perfect Location

Very nice condo in the perfect location, easily walk to restaurants, shops, bars and a couple of breweries! Condo had more than enough room for 2 and the bed mattress was very comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay in NODA.

This space is in the best location. Walk to everything. Comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay again. Is technically a studio, but space is ample.

Tam has really done a great job with the apartment -- soft linens, soft towels, good hairdryer, good TV, etc. The apartment building itself is meh, and the water pressure in the shower isn't great. But of course neither of those is Tam's fault. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem

My husband and I were in town for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. The owner was communicative and provided thorough check in and out procedures. The neighborhood was an absolute bonus to our stay with just about anything you would need within walking distance or a short drive.

We were in Charlotte for a wedding and this condo was perfect. The location had so many different restaurants within blocks. The condo was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Property manager responded immediately when we had questions.

Great Stay

Great stay!! Very convenient, very safe area with lots of dining/food options nearby. Perfect for exploring Charlotte! 5 min walk to light rail, and/or the freeways. Studio condo is quiet, very clean and well taken care of- beautiful bathroom. No Oven, but microwave has convection function that worked well, kitchen is stocked okay.

Great place in Noda

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in NoDa! The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the light rail, making it super easy to get around. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. We did run into a small hiccup with check-in due to a VRBO issue, but the owner was incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly. Communication was clear and thorough, which we really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Weekend in Charlotte

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in NoDa. The condo was in a great location and walking distance to many local restaurants, coffee shops, and to the light rail. The condo was clean. We had one minor issue with the wifi and the host very promptly reset and resolved the issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Noda area.

A Hidden Gem

This charming condo and its location is a hidden gem within the heart of Noda. While it is walking distance to unique coffee shops, restaurants and shops, the condo itself is a cozy getaway supplied with everything you need and great parking. The balcony has a great view of trees and in the evenings, over the weekend, you can sit and relax, while enjoying the live music from one of the local restaurants. I highly recommend!

Great Location!

I visited Charlotte for a long weekend and wanted to stay somewhere with restaurants within walking distance, and this apartment fit the bill perfectly! The location is fantastic and I enjoyed walking to Smelly Cat coffeehouse and Reigning Doughnuts for breakfast, and Goodyear House for lunch. The apartment itself is on the top floor of a small mixed use building and parking was easy. I was there on St. Paddy’s Day weekend so the neighborhood was a bit noisy into the early hours of the morning, but that’s part of the charm when you want to stay in the middle of it all. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back again!

Great location in NODA

Great location. Cute unit very easy check in. A couple of things that you should take note of- there was an extra person charge of $50. Have never had that before. If you’re a coffee drinker bring your own Kcups. This is something we’ve never had to do either. Glad smellykat was right around the corner.

Great vibrant neighborhood in NODA

The property was beautiful, well maintained, we would definitely stay there again. The apartment had everything that was needed. The owner was very responsive. The check in was not smooth as hoped. The positioning of the lock box was difficult and needs to be revised. I had to lay flat on the sidewalk to see under the box to see the red tag. I would recommend placing the lock box in a more elevated position to see the bottom of the box. The code for the lock box was in the instructions but was revised in a message. I would recommend removing the code from the information on the check in and check out information to ease that process. Really had a great visit with our family that lives there and enjoyed our lodging very much!! Thank you so much for sharing your home!!
