Two-story loft above Bridge Street with the living room, kitchen, and dining facing east toward Round Lake marina. Walk through the foyer past the half bath, and the loft opens onto a wide arched bay window over downtown Charlevoix. A spiral staircase off the living room climbs to a window seat above the harbor — a quiet spot for morning coffee or watching boats clear the drawbridge.
