Really nice condo. Spacious, quiet, etc… The only complaint was we were expected to run the dish washer prior to checking out and the dish detergent wasn’t supplied. In my mind, if that’s the only issue, this place is great!

Top floor beach view

It was a very nice property with a perfect view of the ocean. The screened in porch was perfect for family meals and relaxing. The 2nd outdoor porch on the floor above gave great views of the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect fa.ily getaway!

The property is perfect...from sunrise strolls on the beach to afternoon's at the pool and dinners on the top deck. It was perfect. Such an adorable place. We loved this condo.

Nice Condo With A View

Wild Dunes is a really great, safe area with lots to do. This condo was nice in that it is oceanfront (literally steps to the beach) and has a pool. The layout is good for a small family. There is a loft on the second floor that has a TV and a twin mattress that doubles as a sofa, and our two kids enjoyed that space. The view from the upper deck is nice, and the sunrises are spectacular from this property--you don't need to leave the porch to view it! The porch on the main level is screened in, and that was great. The beds are comfortable, although the twins in the second bedroom were pretty unstable as far as being able to shift them around on top of the box springs. The kitchen is nice, and had all utensils we needed. If you want any oils/spices, though, you need to bring them or purchase them at the local grocery store, a few miles up the road. The grocery stores we visited didn't have plastic bags, only paper. While this was great for us, just be aware if you prefer plastic or need to reuse them for other things, you may want to being them with you. Also, there is no plasticware available in this property (meaning no washable plastic plates/cups/utensils). While that worked for our family with older kids, that may be something a family with younger children needs to bring. The fridge is full-size, and that was great too. All appliances are in nice shape. There are a few beach chairs and toys for the beach in the second bedroom closet. Bring your own beach towels. The washer/dryer was useful to have in the unit as well. There is a chest in the foyer with lots of games and puzzles too--a nice selection. The keypad is helpful; having that on the front door as opposed to a key is so much more convenient. The complex isn't soundproof; you can hear your neighbors going up and down the stairs, walking around in their units, etc. That was not distracting to us at all, just be aware. There is also an elevator. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property! We hope to visit again should we be in that area; we really enjoyed our stay.

Great but small

Awesome spot. Great pool and beach. Two good sized bedrooms but past four people would be hard. Had all needed except a few things like oven mitts and a broom. One issue is if cooking anything that smokes the alarm goes off quickly. Would stay again

Perfect stay

Large screened in balcony with nice ocean view . Pictures are accurate, pool and beach are right there. Wild Dunes was beautiful and secure. Unit was clean and accommodating with nice decor. Location was perfect for us to take advantage of the pool, beach and historical Charleston (30 min away). We even enjoyed the Pub Trivia game (found in the loft) for family game night.

Spring Break Getaway

We loved our stay at Tidewater I-302! The views from the porch and roof-top deck were stunning. The condo was clean, furnishings were modern and the kitchen was well-stocked. You can't beat the accessibility to the beach, pool and Wild Dunes amenities!

Beautiful condo!
