Staff was friendly. Room was adequately clean. And I really liked the layout. With the nice big couch and comfortable bed. Flooring was stained and worn out especially in the hallway. Water pressure was as low as I'd ever experienced. Elevator was terrible. One was out of service and the other felt questionable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The evening staff was helpful. The morning staff was less helpful. The breakfast eggs were gross. They didn’t have enough plates or cups out at 8:00 on Friday. I asked the front desk for a plate and she said she would let the kitchen staff know, but then waited approximately 5 minutes to go back and tell her. The one working elevator was extremely slow to open on the first floor.

The property was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Buffet style with many choices. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, grits, fresh fruit(melon, grapes, strawberry and pineapple) fresh juices yogurt and cold cereal choices, pancakes and French toast. The coffee was wonderful as well!!! We will stay again if in the area

Overall, the stay was nice. When we first arrived, we were given a room on the second floor. It took forever to catch the elevator because one was being worked on and the other one was extremely slow, so we ended up taking the stairs. When we got to the room, it was clean overall, but the headboard was dirty. I spoke with the front desk clerk, who was very nice and accommodating. Since I didn’t want to move to a higher floor and have to rely on the elevator, she gave us another room on the first floor. The second room was clean, but when I opened the refrigerator, there was a horrible smell coming from old plates of food that had been left inside. Aside from those issues, the hotel was nice and quiet, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also delicious, and the front desk clerk was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Room was very clean, however, there was a slight odor from the carpet. Staff awesome, friendly and accommodating. Parking had zero issues. Plenty space to park and lots of lights in the parking lot. Breakfast was good. The last day, Breakfast was horrible. There was a girls soccer team there and they were loud, very disrespectful and nasty. The hotel stay ended up very uncomfortable. Before staying here again, please ask if there are teams of any kind (kids) will be there. The Breakfast room was nasty, no food left, and many older people like myself had to go without Breakfast. I just hate to end a 3 night stay on a bad night. The hotel Staff didn't even try to intervene????.
