This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

This is a perfect place to stay, close to everything, off street parking, the house is stocked with necessities, it is clean with big comfy beds and a great balcony. We could not have asked for more. Will look into staying again anytime we return.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely historic apartment near King Street. It was very cold the week we were there but the Jessamine had everything we needed to stay cozy and comfortable. If it were warmer we would have definitely made use of the cute balcony space. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants.
They property was exactly as advertised. It's in a great location walking distance to everything our group wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this property.
Great stay and the location was sn easy walk to King St. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean. We didn’t cook but found whatever was needed in the kitchen.
This property was a great choice for my family! We really appreciated the ability to walk to King Street as well as other neighborhoods that offered wonderful dining. Would stay again!
Such a cute, cute, cute downtown apartment. All 3 bedrooms had a king and were comfy. We were in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and then loved sitting on the deck in the mornings and late evenings. Quiet at night, but a busy street in the daytime. Would have liked better window shades for privacy as the next door apartments were within feet and could see in with the current window treatments
Able to walk anywhere we wanted. Comfortably accommodated a family of 6 adults. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. It is up a flight of stairs so that would be my only hesitation if stairs are an issue for you. Our family loved it and would definitely return. Host is very responsive
Great area with lots all around. Very comfortable beds! Only problem was parking. I understand it's hard to control. But 9 out of 10 times someone was in our assigned spot. I did not take the time to report the annoyance beyond the first night as we were busy enjoying ourselves. Thankfully street parking was mostly available right outside the unit.
We were pleased with the property. No bad surprises. In the July heat, the AC was able to keep it nice and cool inside. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were a little cramped but overall I have no complaints and would stay again. It was also very nice and convenient to be so close to a convenience store for drinks/snacks/toiletries. I forgot to pack dental floss and it was a 15-foot walk to get some. Please be aware though that there is only 1 parking spot. The nearest public parking is about two and a half blocks away on King Street - about .3 mile walk.
6 women stayed and slept very comfortably in this location. The location is so close to tons of restaurants, bars, breakfast places etc! Our main complaint is that the units living room is very dark, and the floors dusty (even in low light). One towel was not clean and one bathroom had very slow drains. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The listing also should be posted as a second floor unit- it is described as such but it was not apparent from the photos and listing title. The stairs are a full flight and steep. Parking was a spot best suited for small cars and suvs- the neighboring spot had a full size suv and that made maneuvering around their parking spot more difficult..
This property is very cute and perfect for a group of friends. We really appreciated the king sized beds. The beds were very comfortable and the home was clean! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels provided. The little patio was fun to sit on and visit. The living room had plenty of seating for our group of 7 to sit and visit. The bathrooms are small and a little tight but clean and functional. Be aware that there is a small restaurant very close and it is quite loud before midnight. It’s an older home with older windows so there is a good amount of noise pollution but it honestly was ok with the use of a noise machine which was provided in all the rooms. We had several minor issues during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. At one point a maintenance issue came up and they had someone out quickly and resolved everything in a very satisfactory way. They also accommodated us with a later check out which was appreciated. The location was great. We walked most places. Very close to north King Street for shopping and food.
The host communicated well and check in was easy. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The only problem we encountered was with another renter parked in our space.
I liked that we were walking distance from the downtown area. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Any I questioned I had they answered within 5 minutes. The only thing lacking was a dining table.
