Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and we found a great French Cafe nearby to bring back delicious croissants and coffee to enjoy on the porch and listen to the ocean!
Right in the beach- enjoyed beautiful sunrises and beautiful beach view. Enjoyed family time, dinner at Acme and coffee and pastries at Cafe Paname- both within walking distance. Condo was well decorated and comfortable !
We stayed here to visit our son who moved here last year. Now we know why he loves the area. The condo was amazing. Very nicely appointed and clean. We had the pool to ourselves the entire weekend. The beach was beautiful and location was perfect.
Great location, great location, great location. Right in the middle of enduring Isle of Palms. Great resturants within steps and other great places including VFW Post 3137.
My wife and I picked this property for the views from the back deck and they did not disappoint! Convenient and close to plenty of dining options. Having a covered parking space was great since it rained on us a couple of nights. I would definitely recommend this place.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. I went with family including teenagers. The place is more spacious than I thought and it was very nice to find the room with the twin beds actually had king size bunk beds. It is very busy and right beside Coconut Joe’s but we enjoyed the atmosphere and being close to other restaurants and stores in the area. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Beach Bums and having them set up and ready to go in the early morning is very nice!
We loved the condo and especially the elevator(have bad knees so that was a nice option). The view from the balcony was amazing, the pool was great. The condo was beautifully decorated. Our only compliant we had was the restaurant/bar next door. The music was very loud and distracting in the evening when sitting on the balcony when we would prefer to listen to the ocean waves. This is not anyone’s fault of course. Everything else was amazing!
Overall stay was good. Furniture worn, dog food under sofa in living room. Sofa pullout couch in LR full of dog hair and sand. Elevator was out for two days , I am handicapped not fun. AC was out upon arrival, day and a half to get it fixed.
Really love this condo. Management folks were great. Keurig messed up-new one provided within 2 hours. Coconut Joes forgot to turn off music-quick text, police called and music gone. Well supplied. Great location. We used Salty Rides for a short golf cart rental. They were really great. IOP beach chair rentals also did great job. Expect to stay here again.

My wife and I took our 2 young boys to the beach for a week. We go to downtown IOP every year and love it. This unit is a great location with restaurants and the retail store being within a block. It is located right next to a public beach access so a little more crowded than some other places we’ve stayed. Pool was great but was small. Overall the appliances and furniture were nice (above average), but floors in the hallway are starting to warp from water damage. Possibly a trip hazard for small children but not enough of an issue for us to not want to go back.
We have stayed in these condos before and love the property. This is now our "go to" place as it feels like home taht starts the minute we cross over the bridge to the island. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the grocery store and island restaurants. They also accept pets. Our dog is an indoor dog but loves to go out onto the porch and enjoy the wonderful breeze/fresh air. We tried the 1st floor unit this time. Like the 2nd or 3rd floor better due to the view. Not knocking the 1st floor though as it was well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again.
If you are fortunate enough to find this place available go ahead and book it! You will love it! We only had a few days, but we were so excited when this unit on the beach popped up in a last-minute search. I really can't believe it was available! Everything is walkable! We spent so much time at the beach, relaxing and enjoying the great restaurants nearby. I was admittedly a little nervous because it is listed as pet-friendly. We love our furry friends, but not everyone cleans after them like we prefer, especially with a family member who has a bit of an allergy. There was no problem with this at all because the place was spotless.
Loved this condo!! It was furnished beautifully, clean, well labeled and had everything you could want in the kitchen! Gorgeous views of the beach and pool. Everything is maintained and cared for. It is so close to many great places to eat and drink where you can just walk to. We will definitely stay here again!
