Welcome to the Palmetto Penthouse Suite, an upscale, top-floor condo designed for couples or business travelers who want a stylish stay in downtown Charleston, SC. You’ll have private access to your own 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite, plus a private balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day in the city.
Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen for easy meals at home, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi for remote work, central HVAC for year-round comfort, and a TV with streaming services. Traveling with a little one? Pack n plays are available upon request. Parking is included in our adjacent off-street lot across the street, making exploring Charleston simple whether you’re here for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay.
To protect the experience for everyone, quiet hours begin at 10:00pm. This suite is not a fit for parties or loud gatherings. No pets.

You’re in the heart of Elliotborough/Cannonborough, a mid-peninsula neighborhood that sits close to the Upper King corridor and is packed with locally loved restaurants, coffee spots, and boutiques; perfect for exploring on foot.
For an easy walk to standout bites, guests love heading to neighborhood favorites like Xiao Bao Biscuit (Rutledge Ave), Leon’s Oyster Shop (King St), and Southbound (Cannon St) plus other nearby Cannonborough/Elliotborough staples. Getting Around:
We are only 3 blocks from Upper King Street, so most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is 15 - 20 minutes away by car. There is also a free shuttle offered by the city that runs along King Street (3 blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby or you might enjoy trying a pedicab taxi.
We offer free parking on site or in the lot we manage across the street.
