Staff was great, room was clean. The area was a little sketchy, but I just locked my door. Not particularly quiet, but it is right by the airport.

Positive experience

Felt like home. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. Good for kids. Parking was pretty tricky, i had to park outside on the street as there were no spots available, and many others had to do the same.

The pillows were hard we couldn’t sleep on them the couches were old and itchy other was it was ok we called down to the front desk for kitchen supplies we had to then go pick them up and take out our own trash they told us to leave outside the door but never came then sent a letter saying don’t leave the trash in front the building it wasn’t us so I called she said it was for all the guest overall it was nice and safe environment

Room was clean and in good condition, the doors are not very disabled people friendly though and they are heavy. The morning breakfast could be better wasn't that great. Coffee was good though, overall not bad for the price.

Fine for overnight stay

We were on the top floor and the elevator was broken. Other than that our stay was fine. We just stayed overnight after arriving late to IAD. Was nice to have 2 bedrooms for our kids.

The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The manager asked us if we would change our room type due to an overbooking problem and we were happy to comply. When we checked into our rooms they were a bit smelly from the cleaning service and our floors were still wet, but no big deal. Our room was next to the main entrance and every time a new guest came in the entrance door slammed like an earthquake, so sleeping was a little difficult.
