「For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators. "Dallas空港、2番出口すぐにホテルのシャトルバス乗り場があります。15から30分に一本バスがあり便利です。ダウンタウン市内も空港からシルバーLINEで50分程かかりますが直通で行かれます。大抵の有名観光地は行かれます。市内からは離れますが、時間に余裕のある方、朝早いフライトの方にはおすすめです。ホテル自体は新しいホテルではありませんが、綺麗に内装され、十分すぎる広さがあり快適でした。エレベーターホール近くに製氷機と電子レンジが嬉しいです。また宿泊したいと言っています。"

"早い時間だったが、部屋を準備してくれていてありがたかった。しかし、半地下みたいな場所のせいか、季節のせいか、とにかく湿っぽくて部屋全体がベタベタしていた。しかも、ハンガーの数は極端に少ない、コーヒーメーカーは作動しない、大きなスーツケースを運ぼうとするのも大変な思いしないといけない…滞在中は何かと不具合が多かった。ロケーションは良くて、配車サービスもメトロも使い易い。空港からよピックアップについて、事前の説明をしてもらえると安心だった。 "
