「All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The service was great too. The hotel is in a gorgeous quiet spot surrounded by trees with beautiful gardens. It's conveniently located for St. Peter Port, either to walk the cliff path or use local buses. I have coeliac disease and the care taken with making sure I had gluten free food was very good, I really appreciate this. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant which is open Tuesday to Saturday. 「無人のチェックインで簡単ではあるが、フロントに人がいないことは不便でした。 部屋に設置してある湯沸かし器が壊れていて、交換してもらいたかったが、無人なので不可能。部屋は清潔でしたが、使い勝手が悪かったです。エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを持ち上げるのに苦労しました。」

「Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were big, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely, healthy options too! Loved the hotel, quirky but renovated and so convenienr for the harbour. It is on a hill but we didn't mind that. 」
