Very clean with lovely outdoor space and relaxing hanging chair. Yes, you have to turn on the hot water as other reviews have noted, but it’s not an issue. It warms up fast. Just give it 20 minutes. Charming home. If the goal is to explore other parts of Chania or the island, this place is worth it.
