「Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. 」

"早くに着きましたがお部屋通していただけました。シングルの部屋で狭さはありましたが清潔で冷蔵庫もあり、冷房もよくきいて快適でした！水回りが排水臭がしていましたがドアがあるのでそんなに気にならず。ただ、他の部屋のドアの開け閉めのときにすごい音が聞こえてきていたのがちょっと気になりました。ドアすぐベッドなので仕方ないとは思うのですが。朝食は大変眺めのよい素晴らしく気持ちのいいものでした。クロワッサンがすごくおいしかった！駅にも観光名所にも近く立地もよかったです。"

"設備が新しく清潔で快適だった。ポットとカップが常備。コーヒーや水などは有料だが持参したティーを入れることができました。スタッフの対応も大変良かったです。またフィレンツェ泊のときは利用したいです。一つ気になった事がありました。私は大丈夫だったのですが娘が3ヶ所、就寝中に虫に刺されたようです。部屋で虫は気づきませんでした。ホテルの前にある大きな公園を通ったのが原因かもしれません。"

"フィレンツェの玄関サンタマリアノベッラ駅とドゥオーモの中間にあります。古い建物ですが、部屋の内部は現代的。　アイロンのピリッと効いたイタリアらしいシーツや枕カバー、24時間使えるコーヒーマシン付きの朝食の間にはテーブルクロスのかかった机や椅子が多数あり芸術的にも素晴らしい天井画が私たちを楽しませます　スタッフの皆さんのキビキビした働きぶりや笑顔に加えて、部屋に置いてあるサンティッシマアンヌンツアイータのアメニティのいい香りもこの旅行の思い出になりました。良いものを手を加え、次の時代に引き継いでいくという大切さを感じた旅行でした。"
