The area itself is near the Como center, which is very helpful, there’s already a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is amazing, Elisabetta and Nino were so wonderful! "This is the nicest accommodation we have stayed at in Italy. We love the design and decor and location. And the steam shower is amazing. Friendly staff and even convenient parking in a nearby garage. Cannot recommend highly enough. They also have a new property with kitchens in the suite. I love this place. Grazie!"

"Lack of air conditioning was not clear on advertising and made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Cleaning lady walked into room at 9am, 9.30 and 10am uninvited, barking at us to leave. No coffee provided. Shower drainage was blocked and flooded room. Church bell practice from 6am on a Saturday was a further unwelcome surprise"
