「チェックインが18時までとは知らず、20時過ぎに着いたら入り口に鍵がかかっていた。隣のバーの人にレセプションの人を呼んでもらって、漸くチェックイン。

「We couldn't locate the login email when we arrived and it took another two days to get the online check in platform to actually work. So we were forced to pay for two nights at a hotel on top of the four nights we had already paid for. And it took a number of days for Joivy to get back to us via email but the telephone number didn't connect properly.」

「This is an outstanding location directly across from Villa Erba, where we attended a wedding. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We enjoyed walking to town and along the lake park.
