「Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice.」
「The moment we stepped onto the property, we felt like we were staying in a 5-Star resort. The location is breathtaking, and we enjoyed how close the three golf courses we played were. The views are nothing less than amazing. The free parking was another bonus since we rented a car, which allowed us to explore the area off the resort. All the restaurants had nice selections of food, and the buffet each morning was well prepared, with breads and meats. etc. We plan to return next year.」
「Just left from an amazing stay as Casa Penhas. An absolute treasure away from the city with majestic views of the mountains. We went on a guided hike, used their heated indoor pool and had a couple massage - all extremely well done and with the utmost customer service.
Food was also delicious and plenty. They served an abundant buffet breakfast, snacks after our hike, and a top-notch dinner.
