"Amazing hotel in great location. Super clean throughout the hotel. Beds super comfy and bath tub in the room made it super romantic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Always there to help. Some had such great English they even had abit of banter! WiFi super fast and tv allowed you to watch Netflix if you log into your own account. Breakfast was great with the best baked beans outside of the uk. Omelettes were great too! Highly recommend this hotel and would stay in it again! "

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits à Hué et avons adoré notre grande et merveilleuse chambre. Il y a une vue magnifique de la ville. Nous avons profité du déjeuner tout de même assez variés. La piscine était superbe avec vue sur la ville, il y a un gymnase et de bons équipements. Le restaurant Alma offre une nourriture très recherchée avec un service très agréable, chaleureux et professionnel. En terminant les employés étaient très courtois depuis notre arrivée à l’hôtel jusqu’à la sortie. Merci et nous recommandons l’hôtel. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Vietnam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had.
