"Check in was unpleasant. We arrived early before our room was ready. So i checked in, left our bags and went out. We returned later to see if room was ready. The attendant could not find my reservation and had to ask for help. The attendant who checked me in early remembered me and said to the attendant who could not find me, “No, she is not lying. I remember her”. I found this insulting that the attendant, because she could not find my reservation thought I had been lying. When we finally received our room, it was clean but housekeeping skipped our room the next day. When we returned, the room had not been touched; no fresh towels, dirty towels still in bathroom, bathroom tissue not replenished, and beds not made despite the sign placed on door to please clean the room. The pettiest thing was we are allotted two bottles of water in the room. The next day, because housekeeping skipped us, I asked fromt desk for two bottles of water, assuming housekeeping would have left new bottles had they cleaned our room. I was told guests only receive two bottles of water upon check in and that’s it. I asked what the resort fee I paid was for. They said the resort fee covered Wifi and breakfast. I don’t think I will book with them again. Bottle of water costs about 20 cents or less?"
