「We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. 「The room was clean. The room was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. Although a Kcup coffee maker would have been better than the coffee pot. The check-in process was a little difficult. The bed was hard as a rock. Also we could hear everything outside and above us. If you’re a light sleeper I would stay somewhere else. 」

「Interesting hotel that is somewhat an extended stay. Way too much over-communication on the check-in process, to the point I was getting 6-10 push notifications a day. One night, someone was doing laundry until 3am that sounded like a diesel truck idling in the hallway. All that being said, it's a new hotel, and was inexpensive, and was a comfortable sleep otherwise. 」

「The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new. Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. I reported this via email and there was a prompt response, saying it had been forwarded to onsite maintenance. After that, no one contacted me and nothing changed. Other guests did have hot water, so it would have been easy enough to switch me to another room. When I contacted them a second time, they offered...
