「Overall a very nice place, could of used a bit more dusting. Wellstocked and the cookies were a nice bonus. There were farm fresh eggs in the fridge but we did not cook while there. The animals were fun to watch and we did use the bonfire. We loved the porch swing and watching the buggies go by. The property was in a great area, close to all and Mooey's ice cream down the street was very good.」

「Owner was nice and responsive.External steps to room which is nice to not have to walk through rest. Clean and newly renovated. Due to location was a little loud with road noise but they did provide ear plugs. Room and bathroom are small but work for 2. Only thing to note is that if you don’t/can’t do steps be sure to choose main level.」

「It felt like the little cottage in the woods. So private and peaceful. I loved cooking in the kitchen. Everything there was so organized and the quality of the kitchen ware was a joy to use and prepare meals for gathering my son and grandkids who live up the road. The washer and drier along with cleaning supplies were accessable to keep the house up through the week. We loved the wrap around porch. 「This adorable little slice of heaven was perfect for our weekend in Lynchburg. It was clean, the host was so sweet and easy to communicate with and it’s very close to downtown. There is no WiFi or TV but that only adds to the charm. The goats and chickens are fenced in but go visit them and give them a treat from a mason jar. They love it! Would definitely stay again.」
