「When my mom and I first got there there was no one at the desk and there was another couple waiting to be helped. The guy didn’t come out from the back room for 10 min. After he helped the couple, I gave him my ID and credit card I reserved the room with and was told he couldn’t accept my card because the last blame didn’t match what was on my ID. When I told him I have never had an issue with other hotels accepting my card, he got very loud and rude and said he could cancel my reservation and...

「This was the first Embassy Suites that we have stayed at. It was a very pleasant experience. Staff was great and very friendly. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. The rooms were nice. Comfortable beds, fairly clean, and I love the layout where there is a sitting room then a room for the beds. We had a beautiful view to watch the sunset. Breakfast was great, lots of variety including soda machine instead of just juice and someone there making omelets to order. We will definitely be back next...

「Recently remodeled. Was a nice stay. Just wish the bathroom door would stay open on its own. That bathroom is too little to be closed in when showering so I had to prop the door open as it’s set up to close on its own.」

「The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we...
