「one of he main reasons we chose this hotel is because it had a pool. after checking in upon going to the pool we found it to be cold as ice and the water was cloudy and murky. unusable. will not stay here again.」

「The Hotel and staff were very accommodating. We had an issue with a third party booking (Expedia), for the paid rates. Devon was able to adjudicate the rates and get us checked in. One of the hotel beds nearest the door was sinking in the middle.」

I didn't stay at Holiday Inn, I requested Meridian, MS., you gave me a location 40 minutes back the other direction. Please understand, i've done a lot of packages with you all, this is unacceptable. 「If you’re driving the Trace, this is a must stay. We left Natchez at 9AM and arrived here at 3PM check-in time. This is one of the top places we have ever rented.This is an exceptional property. Their attention to detail is amazing. The grounds are rustic looking with plenty of spots to relax and have a beverage, grill a steak and enjoy nature.
