「 The property was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were great! The room was spacious and the pool area was very inviting! The dinner buffet was filled with many delicious options to choose from and was very convenient. I would suggest a vent for the bathroom and possibly a mini fridge in each room. I would definitely love to return with my daughter and her friend for another stay. 」

「Love this hotel - my third stay…. Every room is lovely and unique. Wonderful amenities… the tea, breakfast, chocolates… such an extra special touch. Great location with plenty of excellent restaurants close. The staff is exceptional with their attention to detail. I can’t say enough good things and look forward to returning! 」

「Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! 」

"他のホテルに比べて安かったので、出張で利用しました。良くも悪くも価格なりのクオリティで、通常の旅行や出張であれば不便なく利用できると思います。・渡航前にHotels.comを通じて問い合わせしていたのですが、返信がありませんでした。問い合わせ内容が読まれていたのかは不明です。・チェックインはスムーズで説明も分かりやすかったです。・バスルームに換気扇が無く、シャワー直後は壁や床の結露が気になりましたが、すぐに乾きました。・朝晩はやや冷え込みますが、強力な暖房がついていたので部屋の中は快適でした。・最終日の部屋清掃時にだけ、バスマットが置いてありました。それまでは置き忘れでしょうか…？・マットレスがややヘタリ気味でしたが、リネン類は清潔でよく眠れました。・徒歩10分ほどのところに大型スーパーがあります。ただ、夜に一人で出歩くのはお勧めしません。・オリンピック公園からは徒歩30分ほどです。ミッドタウン中心部へは徒歩20分ほどで、各種レストランへも歩いて行けないことはないぐらいです。・周囲の治安は良いとは言いづらく、ホテルからミッドタウン中心部、あるいはダウンタウンまでの間などは、昼間でもあまり独りで歩きたくない雰囲気でした。夜間は男性でも独り歩きはやめたほうが良いと思います。"
