若干防音に難あり

ホテル自体はとても良い場所にあり、とても便利で価格も良いと思います。たまたま部屋がレストランの真上なのか、下からの音がとても煩かったです。あと駐車場はホテルの真裏ですが、一方通行だらけで、見えるのに入る事が出来ず苦労しました。

夫婦初のスペイン旅行でした。私達がロストバゲージした事もあり、フロントの皆様には大変お世話になりました。私が部屋から外線を上手く発信できなかったので、フロントの電話から保険会社へ電話を繋いで頂きました。また緊急で揃えた着替えのタグを切るためにハサミを借りました。英語もスペイン語も話せない私達に非常に優しく接して頂きました。ありがとうございました。レンタカーでマラガ空港からホテルへ行きましたが、ホテル入口の真裏に近隣パーキングの出入り口がありスーツケースの持ち運びが楽にできました。ホテルの立地が非常に良いと思います。坂道が大変でしたが私達はアルハンブラ宮殿まで歩いて行きました。カテドラルやアルカイセリアにも近く、またカルデレリア・ヌエバ通りにも容易に足を運べます。良かったです。

土地柄スタッフさん達が親切で真面目で感じがよくとても気持ち良く過ごせました。非常に便利な場所にあり観光には最適です。周辺にはレストランも多くスーパーもあり快適な旅になりました。ホテルのコンセルジュにフラメンコのショーや美味しいレストランについて尋ねましたが丁寧に対応してくれ次回訪れる時もまたこのホテルに滞在したいです。過去の経験からスペインは☆5より ☆4のが快適に過ごせると学んだのでその中からでは最高に良かったと思います。

There is no quilt on the bed (only thin sheets) but I have no idea if it is standard equipment. The sound of the air conditioner is extremely noisy.

古さは感じます

良い点 ①ロケーションは抜群です。バスやトラムの駅が近く、カテドラルまで、徒歩数分です ②朝食が美味です。種類も豊富で、玉子料理はリクエストで作って頂けます ③スタッフがフレンドリーで親切です残念な点 ①やはり古さを感じます ②リネン類も古さを感じます ③ベッドに布団やコットンブランケットがなく、カバーかと思った赤いウール的な古さを感じる真っ赤な毛玉だらけの毛布しかありませんでした。しかもカバーがかかっていない為、気持ち悪くて使う気になれず、バスタオルで寝ました

立地・部屋の広さなどバランスがとれたホテルです

2泊しました。立地は中心部へも近くバル巡りも出来ますし、スーパー併設のデパートも徒歩圏内にあるため大変便利です。空港行きバスの乗り場も近いです。 20時過ぎのチェックインでしたが、快く対応して頂きました。部屋も広くきれいでよかったです。町の音が部屋の中まで聞こえやすいのは難点でしょうか。朝食は豪華なものはありませんが、基本的なメニューがそろっていた印象です。ハムやパンがメインで日本のホテルのような品ぞろえを期待するとがっかりするかもしれませんが… 値段、立地、部屋の広さ・キレイさなどを総合すると大変いいホテルだったと思います。次回グラナダに行く際にはまたこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

おそらくこのホテルに3部屋しかないと思われるスイートにアップグレードしてもらいましたが、コンシェルジュが無く、レストラン、ショップなどの細かい案内ができないのが、残念です。アップグレードが無ければ、街の中心にある便利なビジネスホテルに滞在したという感じです。

静かで綺麗で落ち着けるホテル

空港バスでプエルタレアルで降りてちょっと戻ったところにホテルがあります。静かで綺麗で清潔で一泊だけでしたが、快適に過ごせました。(たぶん)アップグレードしてくれたみたいで、角部屋の広々としたお部屋でした。ナバス通りやデパートのエル・コルテ・イングレスも近いし、イサベル・ラ・カトリカ広場も歩いてすぐなのでアルハンブラ宮殿へも行きやすいです。

立地もよく居心地の良いホテル

街中にあり便利な場所です。部屋も清潔で居心地が良く快適でした。スリッパや歯ブラシなどがないので持っていくことをお勧めします。 2部屋予約しましたが、1部屋がたばこ臭くボイラー室が近いせいか音が気になりました。ホテル内のレストランでランチをしましたがとても感じが良く美味しかったです。レセプションの方も皆親切でした。

コルドバ観光に便利

メスキータやユダヤ人街に近い立地で、コルドバ観光にとても便利でした。駅からもタクシーで10分かかりません。フロントスタッフも親切で、観光スポットへの行き方を教えてくれます。ホテル施設は最高ではありませんが、1泊過ごすには充分で、湯沸かしポットがあったのは嬉しかったです。

立地最高！清潔なホテル

カテドラルやヌエバ広場まで徒歩で５分位、サンニコラス展望台やアルハンブラ宮殿を移動できるシティーツアーのバス停はすぐ近く、空港へアクセスするバス停からもスーツケース押しても３分程度で近くとても便利なホテルでした。バスタブのお湯もたっぷり出て清潔感のあるホテルでした。また利用したいです。

便利な場所

グラナダのどこにいくにも便利な場所にありました。受付にはウェルカムドリンクも準備されていて、40度を超える外から帰ってきてもすぐに一息つくことができます！お部屋はアップグレードしていただき、広く快適でした。アメニティもバッチリです。受付の方も、とっても親切で、英語も堪能でタクシーなどもすぐに呼んで、行き先まで伝えてくれる親切な方々でした。周辺より少し高いかもしれませんが、おすすめです。

良いホテルです

非常に古い格式のあるホテルですが、内部はキレイで使いやすかったです。何よりも立地条件は最高で、町の超中心でわかりやすい場所にあり、食事やショッピングにも最高の場所です。現地の人もタクシー運転手もホテル名は、NH・・・・・ビクトリアではなく、ビクトリアと言います。

こじんまりとした落ち着いたホテル

前回はパラドールに泊ったが、今一という感じだったので、今回は敢えて街中のホテルを選んでみた。街中にあるのにこじんまりと落ち着いた感じのいいホテルだった。アルハンブラにも近く便利なロケーションだった。次回行く時にはまた泊りたい。

立地がいいホテル。

街の中心部にあり、カテドラル、アラブ人街等にも徒歩圏内。大通りに面しているため、夜中でも通りの声が聞こえるが、こっちも、歩き回って疲れていたので、そこまで気になるものでもなかったです。タクシー乗り場にも近く、アルハンブラ宮殿の予約がとれずに、早朝から当日分のチケットを買いに行く際も、予約なしに乗れました。

This a city centre hotel in a traditional building in a busy location very close to the main shopping area. The inside was more modern and but had been nicely converted. Getting to by car was a challenge as it sits within a restricted zone. Follow yellow signs for the Victoria public car park as there appears to only one way in through semi pedestrian streets. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand but the hotel published information on this was poor. In fact the traffic restrictions don’t apply to guests and the hotel passes your car registration number on to the police to avoid a fine, again would have been useful to know! The rooms were good, clean, and well equipped. We had a large room with an inner balcony and had hoped for a city view. This turned out to be blessing as there was a festival when we were there and the streets were crowded and noisy. The breakfast area was large in an enclosed courtyard and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The staff were welcoming and friendly. If you are going to the Alhambra which is fantastic and thoroughly deserves its World heritage status, take a taxi up as it is a very steep climb and 20-30 mins walk (hailed from the street) about 7€ and walk back. Alternatively there is a good dedicated bus service from the city centre.

We booked a supreme XL room. It clearly states on the site an extra bed can fit and it comes with a balcony/terrace, robes, slippers. The room we were given was barely able to squeeze in the extra bed there was no balcony or terrace and no robes or slippers. Spoke to manager who told us the room is what it is and it’s a large window not a balcony. Strangely enough room next door we were able to take a peak it was definitely larger. Managers basically don’t have an answer really disappointing. Would avoid as it seems bait and switch.

L’hôtel nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Chambre un peu vieillotte. Déjeuner exceptionnelle. Difficulté pour l’arrivée en voiture aucun debarquadere et le parking est bien cachée pour les non-initiés
