「Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. 「We stayed here for a quick summer getaway with our teenagers. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the views --- WOW. Very conveniently located, and a short drive to RMNP. Definitely would recommend.」

「I can’t explain how much I loved staying here. It was only couple minutes walk to downtown main st. Restaurants and shops, also Stanley Hotel is only 15 min walk or take the free red trolly shuttle right off the lodge when you walk out theirs a bus stop sign that takes you Stanley Hotel. And I will return hopefully one in near future and the elks all roaming free with their little babies and the Rocky Mountains behind 」

「Arrival was simple at Andy’s place. The loading zone in front, elevator and stairwell all were convenient to the unit. The location in the middle of Estes Park can’t be beat. Parking across the road was convenient and easy to use with the provided pass. The unit itself is much bigger than you would expect in this building. It was well outfitted. The kitchen and bathroom were both very large and we loved the refrigerator. Restaurants and shops are nearby and even in the same building. Walking...

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
