「Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy.」

「This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed with the property, the beautiful area, or the friendly efficiency with which your stay is managed.」

「Great little apartment. Easy to Lyft anywhere we wanted to go, even Red Rocks Amphitheater. Host very responsive, brought more coffee pods when we asked for more. Clean, nicely decorated. Would stay again. 」

「This was a perfect location for Old Town in every way. Beneath us was a coffee shop. We had an oversized garage where we easily fit a Yukon. For out-of-towners, this location is an easy 10 minute walk from New Belgium Brewing and just off Old Town Square. It would be hard to find a property more “in the heart of Old Town.” The property itself was fantastic. 「Great place to stay. The views from 8200 ft are amazing. Super quiet stay for us since noone was living upstairs during our stay. Only minor disruptions from the property being sold and some work being completed ahead of the closing date.」
