This lovely apartment is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in a quiet district of Cefalù. It takes 5 minutes to reach the city center. If you prefer walking by the seafront, then it is a 15 minutes walk.

The beach is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Within 5 minutes walk you will find a great bar / patisserie in town, to try delicious Sicilian specialties.

The perfect stay in Cefalù

Our stay in Cefalù was absolutely perfect! We only stayed a couple of days over Christmas due to some holiday reschedules and I am very glad I bumped into Federico's place. He is one of those super hosts who make you feel home immediately. Friendly and super accommodating, he gave us some tips to get around town in such a busy period of the year and helped us planning the remaining of our stay in Sicily. His place was spotless clean and very cozy. Although we did not use all the facilities (we would have loved to have a Christmas lunch in his back garden but again, we were not organised enough due to the last minute reschedule) we are already thinking to come back for our spring holidays next year. The location of the house is great: you not only sleep in the quietest place on earth but can also walk into town through a pleasant walk by the seafront. I could not recommend this place enough. Thanks Federico for being such a great host and see you very soon!

Cute apartment, lots of room. Wonderful outside patios front & back

We enjoyed our stay here. It is quite close to the downtown & a bit of a walk to the beach. They were so nice to provide us with some essentials like a great bottle of wine & a large bottle of water. We had a problem not being able to lock our bedroom door but they said that was a new problem & they would have it repaired

Très belles prestations

Très propre, très bien aménagé ( climatisation, barbecue avec cuisine extérieur, machine à laver, jet extérieur pour se rincer quand on entre de la plage, 1 place de parking privé, 1 cour et 1 jardin,tout y est!!!),très calme et bonne literie. Un petit chemin nous amène à 10 minutes à pied du bord de mer, compter 25 minutes pour atteindre le centre de Cefalù. Merci à Frederico pour son accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bellissima esperienza!

L’appartamento è spazioso, ideale anche per 5 persone, è comodo, confortevole e dotato di tutto. Gli spazi esterni come si vede dalle foto sono il vero punto forte! Abbiamo fatto delle ottime cene in giardino usando il barbecue e la cucina esterna. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo usato la macchina pochissimo perche grazie a una scorciatoia si puo accedere in pochi minuti a piedi al lungomare/ spiaggia/ centro di Cefalu. Il proprietario Federico è stato molto gentile, ben organizzato e veloce, è davvero disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui locali divCefalu e dei dintorni. Lo consiglio a tutti!
