"Our first problem was the toliet was plugged. Reported it and was told someone would come and fix it and never came to the room. Reported it a second time and was given a plunger and used that the rest of our stay. Second issue was no cord on the telephone so we reported that to the front desk and a cord was installed. Third issue was no towels in the pool area. Went to front desk and asked for towels and was told there was no clean towels. Very disappointed with the issues we had during our stay."

"I have been trying to connect with someone at this property about my experience. The GM Jasmine hasn’t responded. The customer service representatives are providing mixed information. During my stay there were lady bugs and flies in the room and living around, both tv’s blanked out so I wasn’t able to enjoy and relax, the refrigerator went out causing all my food to go bad, the sink stopped up, and the maintenance/front desk did not tend to any of my request whether I called from the room or went downstairs. This has been ongoing since November 2025! Oh— housekeeping did not come one time during my stay until the day I checked out. It was 11:50am and they were banging the door down."

"This place was fabulous. The women who checked us in were great. They had to wait for the reservation to come through and worked very hard to do so. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bar staff was terrific, also. We will stay here again when we’re in the area."
