「This hotel is not correctly advertised. The listing says they have a pool. When I called they said the pool is at a neighboring fitness facility and that fitness facility closes early. The pool was not available when we needed it around 7:30 PM. We decided to cancel and find another hotel with a pool because we have been driving for seven hours with three kids. The pool was the only reason you were staying. When I called to speak to the manager about approving a penalty fee refund Joel was...

「We ended up staying again on our return trip…but the room this time was very dirty. I was not impressed. I told the manager if our first stay was like this…we would have never came back.」

「Couch had a ripped cushion cover, cracked tile in bathroom. Walls are thin. Dogs barking. Kids stomping above our room till 11pm. We had a King suite. $200 for our room. We won't be returning. Front desk people were very good. Jet tub was fantastic.」

「Tried to get me to sign up for IHG Rewards and after several NO's I said I would. The front desk assured me that I would get points from my stay, however, upon checking my account there were 0 pints applied. I was told that since I booked through and third party they would not give me points. Please get your facts straight when dealing with customers who expect what you say to be true only to find out that is not the case.」
