"The breakfast was a joke. There was a charge for everything, nothing but burnt coffee was free. That was disappointing. The bathroom door was also broken, however other than that the room was nice. Everything g was clean and the mirror that connects to my phone was cool. Loved the shower."

"The room was dirty. The floors of the room, elevator, and hallways were sticky and gross. The elevators smelled like cigarettes and weed all the time. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. The people on the floor above us let their kids run, jump, and throw things for hours on end, well past 10pm while we were trying to sleep. Had to ask the front desk 5 times to do something about it so we could sleep in peace. Will never stay here again, and never recommend anyone else stay there. "

"Breakfast was fresh, but not a lot of variety. It was a busy weekend and they had just one waffle maker and a broken toaster. The women who greeted us the night we checked in, wasn’t friendly at all. We did meet other staff members that were very friendly. The rooms were okay, exactly as pictured and expected. The pool was cold, but my family swam in it anyway. My biggest concern was the shower temperature. If you enjoy frozen showers, this is your place. The water temperature was perfect on day one but as the hotel got busier into the weekend, the hot water was very very quickly used up. We tried different times of the day, and every time you got a few minutes of hot water and then it quickly went to very very cold. We didn’t park, but there looked to be lots of parking available! "
