"Room was spotless, the Staff was fantastic, specially Remedios who Is such a hard worker, she is encharge of the breakfast buffet and keeps it full and clean, the pool/tub area needs a little more attention in regards to cleansiness. Overall all comfortable "

"Well, to start off, when I booked through Expedia I paid a deposit towards my room, leaving only a small amount due at the property. After getting to the property and the front desk running my card they charged the full amount with zero records of my deposit that I paid. After speaking with them and Expedia back and forth, NOBODY knows where my money went nor will anyone refund my money. I have made several calls and spoke with several people with zero luck or help. Hotel said Expedia owes me and Expedia says the hotel owes me!! Absolutely in shock that not one trace of my money can be found. And yes, I showed proof of the deposit being taken out of my account weeks before the stay. Both Expedia and Hotel at this point are at fault, one of them needs to make this right. "
