アヤラまで歩いて10分良い運動になります

シャワーの水が冷たかった。1階のレストランがメニュウは有ってもパンケーキは無かった。上の階のエアコンの水がポタポタ落ちるのが気になった。部屋の掃除はいつもしてくれてとても丁寧だった。フロントの人はとても親切で日本語のわかる人もいた。値段も手ごろで良かった。アヤラまで歩いて10分丁度良い運動になった。次もここに泊まろうと思っています。

安さ以外にいいところがあまり見つからない

部屋が暗かった。ルームクリーニングをお願いしてもやってもらえなかった。ホテル内でコーラスクラスみたいなのがあって朝からうるさかった。部屋までwifiが届かずネットでかなり困った。アヤラモールが近いので歩いて行けるのはいいが、周りの治安が少し悪いので外に出るのは少しためらうことがある。ホテル内は最低限のものはあるけどまた泊まろうとは思わない。

AYALAモール徒歩圏。

AYALAモール、マンゴーストリートに徒歩圏は便利。ホテル前の道は一方通行なので、タクシーはつかまりやすいが遠回りになります。時々シャワーと水道が工事とかで止まりました。近くにコンビニは無し。スタッフは親切。湯沸かし器は無いがポットでくれました。お値段相応です。

最悪なホテルでした。2人泊まってるのにバスタオル一つしかない、シーツが破れてて汚かった。

最初チェックインの際に、フロントデスクはやる気のない、感じを受け取れましたが、全体的に、出掛ける際とかタクシーを直ぐに手配してくれたり、親切にしてもらえました。また、バスタオルは、固く自分の使った日もあり、部屋にドライヤーがなくアメニティは揃ってなく残念です

他のホテルよりお値段が安く割と綺麗だった。ただwi-fiが使えない日があったのでロビーに行って接続した時がありました。それ以外は普通に良かったと思います。

Ayala Mallに徒歩で行ける便利なロケーション

ホテル周辺はそれ程整備されていないけれども、ホテル内の設備はフィリピンのローカルホテルの範疇で言えば十分。普段セブ島の宿泊をリゾートで過ごしている人には、不満が残るとは思います。

利便性抜群のロケーション

４日間滞在中に接したホテルスタッフの方々皆さん良かったので満足です。とても大きなアヤラモールにも歩いて行けるので食事やおみやげも何度か行って調達しました。空港までもタクシーで２５０ペソほどですので場所的にもはおすすめします。

…あんましです。

予約する前、サイトの画面に24時間チェックイン可能と書いてあったのに出来なかった。着いたらまだチェックイン出来ないとのことで、外に泊まるのも怖かったのでしょうがなく一泊分払い、チェックインさせてもらった。追加扱いで約6000円払わされた。送迎車も予約すれば出来ると書いてあったのに電話が繋がらなかった。そもそも電話がセルフで電話しなきゃいけないこと自体サービス悪いと思ったのに、さらに繋がらなかったので不快に思った。それをここのサイトのコールセンターに相談して、繋がらないので電話番号をもう一度教えてくださいと言ったら、確認せずに同じ番号を教えてきた。もう一度かけてみたがやはり繋がらなかった。ホテルを予約する時に追加オプションとして送迎車などもネットで頼めるようにしてほしい…。洗面所には虫が結構いた。シャワーは水しか出ない。電気も薄暗かった。エアコンは快適だった。ベッドは清潔に感じたのでよく寝れた。

古くて特に何も無い

広さはあるが、設備が古く快適とは言えないが、値段重視の方には勧められる。窓型エアコンがベットの枕元に設置されていて、慣れない人はうるさくて眠れないでしょう。アヤラモールからタクシーで10分以内のロケーションだが、周辺は何も無い。

安くて飛びついたのですが部屋は暗く、 wifiも繋がり辛かったです。出張時の利用としてはイマイチ。でも安かったので、、、仕方ないかも

セブシティで価格の割に良いホテル

近辺の同価格帯のホテルにいくつか宿泊いたしましたが、こちらは最も設備が整っており、清潔感のあるホテルだと思います。何よりもシャワーの水量が問題なく、トイレも清潔です。 WiFiも問題なく接続できました。

先ず、フロントの写真が違っていて、違うホテルに着いたのかと思った。

１、部屋の真ん中に太い柱がデンと有り邪魔でしょうがなかった。だから狭く感じられた。２、エアコンは快適に作動していた。３、シャワーはお湯も出て良いのだが、蛇口のノブが壊れていて使い辛かった。それに排水がスムーズでなかった。４、ちょっとした食事をできるようなテーブルも無い。５、付属のレストランがあるのは良いけれど、メニューにある写真を指差して注文したが違うものが出てきた。私が言葉を理解できないこともあるが妻はフィリピン人なので説明をして欲しかった。怒る気もしない。

Hotel condition bad,towels are really so stained ,the white color looks brown,linens are the same ,no glasses in the room for water,staffs are excellent,overall I will not recommend this place

Booking problem

The stay was excellent. The only problem was at check in. I booked the hotel for my family members in The Philippines but I was not with them. So there was a problem at check in. I had to overcome this by sending an email to the hotel authorising the family members to book in under my name. Otherwise, everything was alright.

We left early because the area was not safe, locks on room door didn’t work well, poor internet, no safe in the room, refrigerator was dirty and then they charged extra for lay drying the bedsheets We had booked 3 days but cancelled after the first night and had to forfeit the other days that we stayed. Do not recommend staying here

First I was given a room with a massive pillar in it. Can barely move in the room, couldn't believe shower where you can't even keep the soap. blocked shower, loud and noisy aircon. Room service felt bad for me and moved to a good room Stayed for week. Serive staff were good and looked after me well.

The last stay with my mom! Her biggest complained was the room smell soo bad and not clean. #506. Terrible! Her First and second stay was awesome room was clean and spacious!

Another great stay at Richmond Plaza. Great value for the low rate. Close to Ayala, great staff, quiet rooms, no complaints.

Great value!

Pros: low price, quiet, friendly helpful staff, some rooms are large, clean, good cheap breakfast, free WiFi, location close to Ayala (10 minutes walk). Cons: dated worn rooms, loose sink or shower fixtures, slow warm water, no immediate convenience stores. Hey folks it’s an inexpensive hotel near Cebu business park/Ayala. And it is the Philippines. If you want to spend $50-$100 USD per night you can do that nearby, but for $20 usd per night in this area, it is a bargain!

Horrible, worst hotel

Worst hotel. The door it’s hard to open not secure. Bath towels, bed sheets it’s been over worn the linen started pulling out and the color white turn to brownest. The worst sanitation, not secure to stay. Plus there cable it takes an hour to work.

At that time the receptionists are very accommodating. Also, the room is very clean . One thing, the lights are not that bright since the color was yellow not the typical white lights
