"Upon arrival I was told that my room had been changed, which surprised me but as I first time resort goer I didn’t think much of it. I was pleasantly surprised by the literal 2-bedroom villa they gave me, beautiful all around. The food was 10/10 and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Watching the sunset at the beach was quite the experience, I was however a bit disappointed by the smells but I understand they had just dealt with sargassum. For this to be my first time at a resort I would absolutely go back. "

"Arca was a perfect stay! The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful the second we arrived. The property was well kept, and our room was clean and comfortable. The views are exceptional even from our room which was a "partial sea view". We had a flight delay issue and had to extend our stay, and the hotel was very accommodating. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and would absolutely stay there again! "

"Our cabana did not have an ocean or beach view. We booked on a bit of a late plan for a vacation. The room unfortunately did not have much in the way of clothes storage. Pretty well lived out of our suitcases on the floor. Could have used a light source in the coffee, fridge, water cooler area. Staff and food and close location to beach and restaurants almost made up for accommodation lackings . Again must express helpfulness and service of resort staff, from room staff, to restaurant staff and beach chair/umbrella staff. Would stay here again, only in one of the other, larger rooms. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was adequate . The door would not lock and they fixed it immediately. It needs some more storage area and maybe a few hooks for hanging things to dry. The couch was not in very good shape, but we spent very little time in the room. The bed was comfy , the ac worked great, and the shower was nice. We were in a room at the back which was quiet except for the birds which we enjoyed, but there was no ocean view from it. The breakfast was very good , but a new company was taking the restaurant over so the options became very limited for other meals, presumably as they ran out of inventory. The few meals we did have were a great price and good. It was great to have the beach chairs available at Bananarama."
