"Wonderful staff especially the chef. The room was clean and bed made up between nights. Towels not replaced. The meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The chef worked very hard to make our stay wonderful. She was not only chef, but desk manager and waiter."

"We stayed in this location near Mt. Etna and then drove to Taormina for the day in order to avoid the astronomical hotel costs in that area. The rooms at this hotel were modern, clean, and convenient. The pool was lovely with a nice lounge area to relax and read. Breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond overall!"

"A beautiful property with an ideal setting overlooking the vines. Great pool area. We had a cabin with quick access to the amenities. The location was just a short drive to access hiking trails on Etna. Dinners, wine & serving staff were excellent."

"In room 4-6 you can wake up to a spectacular Mt Etna view. An elegant and authentic traditional restaurant, will strongly suggest for wine lovers. We really enjoyed the well-maintained grounds, the view and the rustic-chic rooms that were kept to a high standard. We went with a 2 year old but the friendly staff made our stay very comfortable. We chose a roll out bed instead of the cot bed but with the gap between the bed/wall, we ended up sharing the bed. Was manageable for a 2-night stay."

"The hotel Paradise is a stunning property. It is very clean and the food is exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs and requests. The only drawback would be the location, it is quite far from any attractions and you really do need a car if you stay here."
