So I was impressed with the new room layout. The property looks nice. The empty lot in the front would be great once it’s rented or redone. Love that it’s next to the shopping complex. Air conditioning was new and worked well. The balcony was nice to have in the room as well.

We had to wait several minutes to check in; there was only one person on duty and he was out "checking rooms". The TV was very confusing and "regular" channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, etc) were not available that we could find. The refridgerator was turned off; a bit difficult to turn on and then it had to cool down. There were only a few outlets to plug in chargers, etc. The lighting was poor. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The photos were a bit deceiving.

SOL Springs, Cathedral city stay

Front Desk asian old mannot friendly . Hallway smellj just like really cheap Pine-Sol in the room, nothing was plugged in. Refrigerator door wide open and warm. Critical main room lamp no light bulb, bathroom door, unfinished paint job masking tape still left on shower towel hook. My room was on the even number side 228. The view would be perfect, beautiful Mountain side, as seen on the website. However, there is an abandoned restaurant right next-door with LA - quality, graffiti, this absolutely trashes the desert ambience that you’re told about on the website. never again.

This locations is perfect for those who are going for a fun weekend with kids. Across the street you have a Boomers/miniature golf and a Trader Joe's. Not far from there you have a bowling alley and different places to dine in. I like how the rooms have their own balcony to step out and get some fresh air. The pool area is small but very clean.

I went to Palm Springs to hang out at the pool. That is what to do when you go on vacation. The pool and jacuzzi were closed out of commission.
