"Great staff. The room I initially booked didn’t have cable so they put me in another one. That room didn’t have a working A/C and the toilet had problems flushing. The indoor pool kind of sucks, decent gym. I thought the stay was okay"

"The airport shuttle was prompt but the driver confusing about which Hyatt I was going to, insisting that I tell her what phone number I called for a ride. The staff from all 3 shifts that i encountered were overall “indifferent”. I needed help with my luggage and there was no one to assist. I could accept that at night but in the daytime at check out that was ridiculous. I was told that housekeeping would normally help, but they weren’t available. I am disabled so it was a struggle for me to get my bags on the cart and down to the lobby as I waited for my ride. I had asked for a late check out but was denied only after they asked my room number and my name - hmmm. I saw a housekeeper as I was retrieving a cart so I asked the front desk clerk if that housekeeper could help me with my luggage and she said “No, they are all on lunch break.” (So if they were all at lunch, then they weren’t cleaning rooms so why couldn’t I have a late check out?). Breakfast was very disappointing. I was really looking forward to breakfast since I had stayed in a Hyatt Place only one other time, in Atlanta, and it was really great. This breakfast did not compare. "

"Despite having my do not disturb sign out at 9am there they are pounding on my door and walking in. Then 45 min later they’re calling my room! I’m sure I would have slept in otherwise after a very long day of travel. "

"An older hotel, but the room was clean, beds were super comfy, and airport shuttle was on time. They do charge for parking if you’re flying and leaving your car, which I thought made their advertising of “free parking” a bit misleading. "

"The hotel itself was perfect however the staff were dismissive about my concerns with my room and the issue I had. As I was checking out I brought up again about the incident in my room to a different person who not only shrugged it off but was just as dismissive as the first person I relayed my issue with. I would have given a much better review if they could have simply apologized . "

"We were checking in at 11pm after flying all day. There was a single costumer in front of, it took 20 minutes to check that person in. When we were finally checking in they wanted me to pay for the one bedroom king I had prepaid for. When that issue was resolved they gave us a room with 2 queens. I called down to desk informing them I had paid for a king bed. I was told there was none available. If you think this is costumer service I don’t. "
