「I was surprised when I checked in for a single night stay at 11pm and was charged a $25 fee to park my car in what appears to be a shared lot. The carpet in my room was damp and there was a strong chemical odor which aggravated my throat but I was too tired to address it. The morning I was checking out the staff on my floor could not advise me where the ice machine was. I did mention the parking fee to the front desk in the morning and advised it made no sense to me and was told it was just...

「A very well maintained family owned hotel at the northern part of the city. Clean efficient rooms for a whole family. Beach just a couple minutes away. The owners are really friendly and it was nice meeting them. Pool was clean and not overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again.」

「You’ll definitely have a very clean room as far as the outside of the hotel, I wouldn’t let that bother you. The location is very convenient, A 2 minute walk to the beach really, Balconies are small keep that in mind however the room has more than enough space. Staff keeps to themselves will help when requested. Air conditioning works great very responsive. All together pretty average experience if that’s what you’re looking for not bad at all for cheap.」

「The bathroom looked like it had been newly renovated, but they forgot a shelf for soap or shampoo/conditioners in the shower. All of those products had to be placed on the floor of the shower when not in use. I left other comments for improvement with the front desk staff.」
