「This apartment was awesome. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and within walking distance of grocceries. The bed and linens were so comfortable and we loved the big couch to lounge on after long days walking around the city. Street parking in the area was ample and safe, and there were several bus stops close by to take you directly into Bologna & train station, about 20-30 min away. 「What made this place so terrific was not the facilities, but Roberto and Claudia, the owners. They went out if their way to show us the wine production and surrounding area. They went above and beyond to help us with their pharmacy and anything else we needed. They made it our home. Scandiano is a delightful community. It was hard to believe based on the style in the shops that is was a farming town.」

La amabilidad de los dueños te hace sentirte en tu propia casa. Totalmente recomendable en una zona poca explotada turísticamente con muchas cosas que aportar: Módena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, gastronomía italiana auténtica. Para volver una y otra vez.」

「Overall our stay was okay. Not well set up if you’d like to cook, minimal cookware/utensils, no dishcloths or food basics. The shower head was broken, and the shower drain was clogged — though they were responsive and the drain was fixed the following day. The interior of the washing machine was quite dirty which was too bad. Very bright, so bring eye masks. It was comfortable enough for the cost, however a few minor fixes would make a big difference. 」
