Gentili Ospiti, ci spiace molto che il soggiorno non sia stato di vostro gradimento.Siamo davvero colpiti dalla Sua recensione perchè non ci risulta alcuna segnalazione in loco relativamente alla camera, avremmo provveduto a intervenire immediatamente. Inoltre per quanto concerne l'esperienza al Tutankhamon Restaurant, ci risulta una dinamica decisamente diversa. A tal proposito, poichè afferma che siete stati tutti male adducendo velatamente a un malessere dovuto alla qualità del cibo, vi invitiamo a trasmetterci la documentazione medico-sanitaria. Saremo ben felici di attivare ogni forma di controllo dei lotti di produzione delle materie prime e di fornire tutti i dettagli del caso ai sensi HACCP e della nostra certificazione ISO 22000.La Direzione è a vostra disposizione per verificare quanto prima la bontà delle Vostre affermazioni.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte nel Gardaland Hotel ci siamo trovati bene, stanza grande e comoda. Pulita e bagno ampio. Non abbiamo usufruito della prima colazione standard (15€) ma all' interno c è un bar ben fornito. Navetta comoda da e per Gardaland peccato per il Parco perché era impraticabile... troppa gente, tutto scoordinato, del tutto inorganizzato.

Una sola parola : VERGOGNATEVI. Eravamo gia' stati altre volte, abbiamo prenotato e abbiamo convinto anche altre persone a prenotare per passare una giornata in piscina, ma purtroppo il 10 settembre hanno deciso di chiuderla con stupore mio e di tante altre persone. Ho chiesto al tel. di poter disdire la prenotazione ma mi hanno cercato un sacco di scuse per non farlo. Ho chiamato il gruppo Expedia che li ha contattati ma hanno detto di no anche a loro. Purtroppo la valutazione è pessima per i seguenti motivi: Disguido sin dalla prenotazione in merito all’uso della piscina dell’albergo Gardaland Hotel, che risultava disponibile mentre sul sito dell’albergo non lo era. Considerata la nostra scelta prevalentemente per la piscina, abbiamo chiamato tempestivamente la sera per avere un voucher o spostare su altro albergo niente da fare, si spostavano l’un l’altro là responsabilità. Comunque siamo stati lo stesso e siamo andati a fare il bagno al lago. Scarsa professionalità e per niente comprensivi. Da non utilizzare.

Mi dispiace dirlo ma purtroppo è un hotel che non vale assolutamente il prezzo speso. Puzza di muffa per tutto il corridoio del padiglione e nellaa stanza, letti con piumoni scomodissimi che si "aprono" Le lenzuola e stai a contatto con il piumone, guanciali inesistenti. Rumori di ogni genere fino a tarda notte, cani che abbaiano e corrono nei corridoi e anche puzza di cane bagnato. E poi capisco che hanno subito dei danni dalla grandinata di luglio, ma esternamente è tutto recintato enon si può passare da nessuna parte. L'unica cosa buona è la colazione ma per 40 euro è follia pura!!!!!!! Ho prenotato una terza notte in più sul posto e non mi hanno fatto neanche un piccolo sconto visto tutto il disagio, quindi ho preferito prenotare da expedia, follia pure questa cosa. .....

The hotel is very nice, despite the hail damage and the current construction site, the Gardaland feeling is not lost. The room is spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom and bathtub. We had a first floor room with mini terrace, which was unfortunately closed off by a construction fence to the meadow due to the construction measures. The area is large and you can look at the other hotels on the resort and endcken some. The parking lot is very large and you can park there easily and barrier-free. The self-check in is done virtually and worked smoothly and super fast. The staff on site are very courteous and helpful. The transfer to Gardaland and back is fast and uncomplicated, of course, the bus is quite full in the morning, because everyone wants to go to the park and with strollers you should be in time at the bus station to get on the bus. In the resort are also everywhere drink machines (not very cheap) around, where you can buy cold drinks. We had booked the hotel also because of the pool, which unfortunately can only be used with a bathing cap that costs 7€ per piece. Since this was not known to us in advance and you have to search a bit on the hotel page to find this point, the disappointment was of course very large, who likes to wear a (expensive) bathing cap in a pool. The bathing cap obligation I find terrible and also no longer contemporary and would be happy if the hotel adjusts this accordingly, as it would have been a relaxing cool down on hot days. Neverthel

Wir kennen schon viele Parks (weltweit) und auch die Themenhotels, daher auch hier den Aufenthalt gebucht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Größe ist okay. Es gibt einen Parkplatz und ein kostenloses Shuttle zum Park. Der allerdings regelmäßig unregelmäßig fährt... Nützlich wäre die Information auf der Homepage dass das Zimmer über Steckdosen des Typs L verfügt und man daher einen Adapter braucht..zumindest war es bei unserem Zimmern so. 1 Steckdose hinter einem Kasten gefunden, unpraktisch gelegen aber gut. Die Informationen dass man eine Badehaube braucht bekommt man beim Checkin oder abdere Bewertungen..nicht aut der Homepage. Die stoff hauben kosten vor ort 7 euro und ergeben keinen Sinn außer Geldmacherei. Herren mit einer Glatze brauchen keine Haube, dass sie einen vollbehaarten körper haben ist egal. Genauso wie die 2 euro für die Handtücher. Sollten in einem eher teuren hotel dabei sein. Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben..dass der Pool für alle 3 hotels ist...da spielt es sich dann schon ab und dafür ist er dann zu klein. Frühstück ist okay auch wenn es immer das gleiche ist und in Vergleich zu anderen hotels eher weng Auswahl aber mit Kind einfach praktisch. Es war nicht unser erster Besuch im gardaland und es gibt bessere hotels mit größeren pools und ohne haubenpflich in Gehweite. Wir würden das hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und auch nur bedingt empfehlen...schon alleine wegen der badehaubenpflich wir sind nicht in den 70ern und bei über 30 grad nervt das.
