INGANNEVOLE! le foto nn rispecchiano ciò che viene "venduto" e come risposta ci è stato detto che sono degli allestimenti x fare solo le foto,Di speciale non c'era nulla di che, gradevole il silenzio anche se in una zona trafficata, la delusione è stata aver pagato per una familiare con 2 letti Queen essendo 2 adulti e 2 bambini minori di 3 anni(quindi non pagavano,e invece mi è stato addebitato un extra x una delle 2 bimbe) e ritrovarmi 1 matrimoniale composto da 2 lettini uniti, e un secondo letto fatto estraibile non confortevole, servizio extra era un fornello x scaldare il biberon e un lettino da campeggio chiesti specificatamente una settimana prima dell'arrivo ma ricevuti il giorno dopo l'arrivo in struttura, il fornellino x scaldare il biberon era stato appoggiato su una superficie di vetro, inevitabile è stata la crepatura del vetro stesso non avendo prevenuto dandoci un qualcosa da proteggere e da tenere tra fornellino e vetro, dopo di che mi è stato richiesto il rimborso pur non avendo la responsabilità. servizi: doccia molto piccola, con regolatore altezza doccino rotta, senza bidet e scarico del lavandino che perdeva. Pulizie: pulizie regolari tutte le mattine con cambio set di cortesia,le lenzuola sono state cambiate solo dopo 6 giorni,soltando dopo la nostra richiesta. Condizionatore efficente ma molto rumoroso quindi di notte lo si spegneva ma con conseguente caldo. Una delusione, se non avessi pagato in anticipo avrei cambiato struttura il giorno stesso!

B&B without breakfast on site

Overall good experience with friendly welcome. Villa is located on the Main Street so you will hear cars all day and night. First surprise that for the breakfast you need to go to the bar 150m away where you have an option of two drinks/one pastries or one drink and two pastries paid by the Viale die Pini. On the small terrace you have big air conditioning unit which makes impossible to sit and relax there. On the big terrace you have the owners siting all the time so there is no chance to use the other space. Property is well maintained and clean, with proper bedding.

Nice place, but thin walls

Clean, modern, nice garden with pines. However walls are very thin, queen bed was two singles pushed together, hot water ran out fast, and we were charged for parking when Expedia said it was included - even when we showed them our receipt.
