「We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar.」

「3部屋のみのB&Bだが、部屋は清潔かつ静かなことが良い。レセプション1名で、１９：００以降は不在、 翌朝８：００に再度訪れるが、その間は、電話連絡するしかない。要望があれば、不便だが干渉されない ぶん、気ままに過ごせる。説明では、７：００から朝食可能と言っていたが、実際は８：００からなので 早朝出発の場合は、前日の清算を要するのと翌日の朝食はあきらめざるを得ない。行きは、バスを降りて 下って行くが、帰りは上りとなるため、海岸まで下って、船でアマルフィに行った。2泊したが、部屋の 掃除はこの間無し、但しバスタオルは2枚用意されている。」

「浴槽に肩まで浸かれる宿は珍しく(大の字に足を伸ばせるくらい広い)、日本人にはとても助かった。(ノブを左に回すと温度が上がり、上に倒すと水量が変わるタイプ。洗面台とバスタブの間のテーブル下にジェットバスのスイッチがある。分かりにくかったのでメモ) 宿主さんがポンペイ遺跡の地図と一緒に「ここが見どころだよ」「ここは最近見つかったよ」と教えてくれたエリアは確かにフレスコ画などの保存状態が他よりも大変良く鮮やかで、広い遺跡内もスムーズに周れました。 ポンペイ駅に着いたら宿主さんに連絡しましょう。来てもらうのに10分くらいかかるのでそのくらいがいい感じ」
