"Last year we have spent our holiday at this beautiful place with our big family. Nice large garden with plenty of flowers, trees, butterflies, small gecos. Quiet place, beautiful views. Nice place for grilling. Supermarket 5 min by car, the beach Follonica cca 15 min by car. We have booked all the villas except the smallest one, so nobody disturbed us. For us one of the best vacations. If possible will come again for sure!!"

"This is such a peaceful and comfortable property. After the chaos of Rome and Florence, it was a welcome retreat and we only wished we could have stayed longer. The living quarters are comfortable and warm. The amenities on site are magnificent and ability to connect with nature in the Italian countryside is rejuvenating. The communication in advance and the check in process were easy and we were welcomed like friends or family. Perfect place to stay, relax and see a different side of the...

"Nice place. Simple and clean. Beach is 2 mins from the apartments. It’s a dog beach and is nice. Not the best in the area but certainly good enough for a quick escape to the beach. We were there for 2 weeks at the end of July and the beaches weren’t packed. The place is well air conditioned and clean. There are communal bbqs that are well maintained. Most people have dogs which is fine with us but might not be for everyone. Overall a simple, basic but pleasant stay and decent value. It’s near...

The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. "I should say that we travelled a lot in Italy before. But it was either business trips or visiting touristic centers with crowds of tourists, noise, crush, traffic jams and all those things that are so typical for big cities and that we are so seek and tired of! And once our business partner, whose family is from Tuscany, told us that if we want to learn Italy as it is, we should go to Tuscany, as Italy starts from Tuscany! And we decided to go and found via internet absolutely charming place...

"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

10/10 Excellent
"Super clean, quiet, stylish. I stayed here off season as a central point to explore towns along the coast. The beach was across the street via a short walk through the pines. Breakfast was perfect. The adjoining restaurant was exceptional for dinner. Loved the drying rack on the balcony."
