Belvilla by OYO Le Balze

Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (the Chianti Fiorentino), this cosy 2-bedroom flat belongs to an agriturismo in Pian di Scò. It features a wellness area with sauna, hot tub, fitness equipment and relaxation area.

The agriturismo has an ideal location, close to the art cities of Arezzo (43 km), Siena (62 km) and Florence (37 km). An area rich in art, beautiful hills and wonderful authentic villages and castles.

The holiday home is tastefully furnished and rustic. The agriturismo overlooks a large green lawn full of flowers, trees and a saltwater pool. There are 6 hectares of land around the farm where guests can walk in the vineyards and woods. The agriturismo with 4 flats has beautiful views and has been carefully restored, maintaining the typical features of a Tuscan farmhouse. There are playground equipment, a bocce ball court and a table tennis table.

Access to the wellness center is priced at €10 per person per day.

Sehr schöne charakteristische Wohnung, die von einem älteren, sehr gastfreundlichen Ehepaar geführt wird. Sie sprechen etwas Englisch. Erwarten Sie keinen Luxus, aber es gibt einen Backofen, einen Herd, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank mit kleiner Gefriertruhe, einen Fernseher und gutes WLAN. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, etwa 1 km vom Dorf entfernt.

Toller schöner Ort! Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Aufmerksamkeit. Der Besitzer ist ein Künstler und es zeigt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und mit Blick auf das Tal. Die Besitzer (Paar) sind wunderbar nett und hilfsbereit. Sie können ins Dorf und zurück gehen und wir durften Feigen pflücken und auch Salbei und Basilikum aus dem Garten holen. Ich glaube, Sie können auch Dinge zum Frühstück an der Rezeption bestellen und Ihre Wäsche waschen lassen. Ein wirklich schöner Ort! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Ein paar Punkte: Die Beleuchtung ist nicht optimal. Es gibt großes Licht, aber keine kleine Glühbirne oder Stimmungsbeleuchtung. Es gibt eine Dämmerungslampe im Schlafboden, aber das war nicht der Fall. Also haben wir uns selbst zwei Teelichthalter gekauft und abends ein paar Kerzen angezündet. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung an eine andere angrenzt und die Wand sehr dünn ist. Aber das ist abends nur manchmal etwas laut, weil weiter Sie hauptsächlich draußen. Und im Schlafzimmer haben Sie nichts gehört. Ein Tipp für den Eigentümer könnte sein, dort etwas mehr Isolierung anzubringen, auch auf dem Boden des Dachbodens, der etwas oberhalb dieser Wohnung liegt. Die Stehtischlampe kann ausgehen und die kleine Lampe kann auf dem Dachboden platziert werden :-)

Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen. Elisa und Nazario sind sehr liebevolle Gastgeber und erfüllen einem jeglichen Wunsch. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön! Die Landschaft ringsum ist toll, direkt ein Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe. Von einer Wohnung hat man Blick auf einen Teil des Naturschutzgebietes und auf das Arnotal.
