「As the extensive transcripts will show, I booked a space that was misrepresented and inadequate. Upon contacting customer service, I was forced to endure multiple days and phone calls/emails to remedy and resolve only to then be misled about the VRBOcares program as well. I will not use VRBO again or any of its affiliates. 」

「Perfect location with a nice view of the Royal House Palace. Close to good restaurants. Host was pleasant and sent valuable information for our stay.」

「Stayed here for four nights. The hotel is in a convenient, safe neighborhood that is easily walkable to transit, and great dining spots even late in evening. The hospitality was brilliant. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to be warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Naples!」

「Great communication. Beautiful property. Great places near by to eat at. Very close to the train station.」
