In the winter, this is a great spot for an ice fishing retreat, offering direct access to the frozen lake and peaceful snowy surroundings. You’re also just a 30-minute drive to Pleasant Mountain Ski Area and about one hour to Sunday River Resort, making it a fantastic home base for ski trips and winter adventures.

The home features three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps eight guests. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and island seating, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, and beautiful lake views throughout. Step outside to relax on the deck, grill meals on the BBQ, or gather around the firepit under the stars. The game room with ping pong and foosball provides fun for guests of all ages.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: - Guests are welcome to bring their boat and keep it at the dock. The dock can accommodate a 24" pontoon, no problem.

- Guests should be aware that Parker Pond is a small lake (3/4 of a mile in length) with limited space for skiing and tubing.

- Guests should be respectful of neighbors and other watercraft at all times. Maine boating regulations prohibit creating a wake (I believe) within 100 feet of the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
