"Property is aging with no apparent care to fix it.
Running off the
Who gives a crape model people still come here .
If more family oriented places like the big 4 s where here that run at a lower cost with better facilities this place would die.
I met people that travel to coffs for relaxation and they pay for this"
"I paid cheap and its called budget for a reason. Basic bed and bathroom with coffee tea milk and kettle. No microwave no hair-dryer. Very small room area no bedside table or lamp. No table to sit and eat at. Only room to wall around the bed if that."
"We stayed in the family apartment. It is spacious. Old school. Comfy beds, 2 tvs and 2 older style air cons. Full size oven and fridge. A dining room in the kitchen with a decent table and chairs. Great for a family dinner. The bbq , pool and a sauna just outside your door. While hotel is on the highway and a good location, its very quiet, no motorway noise. Beautiful sunsets over the pool and a leafy out look. Plenty of parking, restaurant on site with room service available. Down sides are its older so old style bathroom, kitchen, lounges, carpet, windows etc. The room had black out curtains but a light still shone in from outside. Most rooms have shutters so looks like they are doing upgrades as they go which would solve the issues if they did it on the apartment. For price point it's great. We slept so well, comfy beds, spacious and peaceful. Even saw a bush turkey running around. Amazing helpful staff too."
"Loved the rural aspect of the cottage. The surrounding bird life was spectacular. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and the surrounding gardens well manicured. The cottage has a large main bedroom, with ensuite, and an adjoining bedroom with 2x single beds. Located close to Bellingen but far enough out of town to escape the clutter of the busy little town. I would love to stay at the cottage again the next time I visit Bellingen. RK"

10/10 Excellent
"Oliver was a wonderful host - fresh home-baked bread, butter and milk and a basket of goodies left for us, as well as a welcome sign! My 10 year old immediately felt welcome and excited to be there! The river view from the bedroom was magic in the morning. Bathroom was clean with a lovely shower. We came and went as we pleased and felt very safe. Lots of modern gadgets in the kitchen and a big TV. We enjoyed a few games of Snakes and Ladders before bed. Oliver offered plenty of local knowledge. Next time I’d like to go platypus sightseeing, was disappointed we didn’t have time this trip! Thanks for the hospitality!"
