This was a great affordable hotel. The unit was large with a kitchen and everything we needed. The staff on the desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the rooftop. This was a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was really spacious, the bed were comfortable. Were giving freshly washed towels on arrival. The communication with the staff was good, texted them on WhatsApp beforehand to ask if our rooms will be ready and they replied instantly confirming. The area is quiet so we slept well. We only stayed 1 night, so we didn't use the kitchen but it looks like it had everything you'd need.

Really trying your luck

Pros: The room is good size for family. The staff are nice and polite. It is good location. Cons: 1) when we arrived, I was told that I don’t have a reservation, bc my reservation was never confirmed. I showed proof of paid reservation from Hotels.com. After 20-30mins communication and efforts from staff, my reservation was found. 2) on the website, it said the hotel has 24/7 front desk. In reality, I went to check out at 8:50am, no one was at front desk. Then I went to walk around and took some pictures. After I am back at 10, still no one at front desk. By 10am, there were 3 other groups have been waiting for front desk. One group said their hotel reservation include breakfast. But up till 10, no one at front desk and no breakfast served yet. Seems you are really betting on your luck living here, nice, helpful, but not so reliable.

Showers are leaking

The property is good. You have all you need to stay. But both showers are leaking water under the doors. Super incorrect installation. You always will need towels on a floor.

I made a reservation for 2 nights. My checkin process and first night were ok. The following day and while I was out in town. My belongings were taken out of the room without obtaining my permission and placed at the lobby. At my return to the hotel around 11 pm, I was informed that there was a mix up with my reservation and that they had to give my room to another guest. As a remediation, I was informed of a room available at another hotel located miles away my initially reserved room. We arrived to the other location after midnight and most of yhe night time locating our items, including our passports that were packed in different bags. We contacted hotels.com/expedia and the response was disappointing, if nor disrespectful. They have endorsed in part the responsibility of the let down and offered few dollars as a compensation that we have refused to accept. It was a horrible experience.
