"Breakfast ended at 9 am so we didn’t get breakfast. The room when we got checked in, one of the queen beds wasn’t made. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone had no phone cord to plug into the phone jack. "

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Floors were filthy and had sticky stuff and dirt everywhere. The sheets had stains. The curtains were ripped & also had disgusting stains. The lamp shades were broken, and the one next to the bed had blood on it. I left after 10 minutes and they refused a refund. Would NEVER recommend. "

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes from staff. On the room door where the metal reinforcement is, to add extra protection, looked like it had been broken into it. I didn’t even ask for my money back, we just fled."

"I was traveling with my family and we had children. The entire time of our stay we smelt weed throughout our halls and room. Terrible experience!"
