The space
This cozy apartment has been recently remodeled and offers all the amenities for up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and hot water, both featuring one double bed and one single bed.
In the living room, which opens onto a balcony overlooking El Laguito and the pool, there is air conditioning and a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, plus an additional single bed to provide greater privacy for families or couples.
The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped.
All rooms are equipped with efficient air conditioning units.
The Wi-Fi is high-capacity fiber-optic.
Free parking may be available (subject to availability).
Guest access
The apartment is rented out as a whole, and guests have access to all areas.
We have a space available for luggage storage and use of the bathroom with shower after check-out.
The building has an open lobby, and the pool is open during the following hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Other things to note
Before entering the apartment, our guests must check in at the building’s front desk, where they will receive their keys.
The front desk is open 24 hours a day; guests must return the keys each time they leave the building and at check-out. The keyring includes a remote control for the air conditioning units; therefore, guests are responsible for taking care of it and returning it promptly at the end of their stay. In the event of loss or theft, guests must pay 100,000 Colombian pesos in cash.
The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of El Laguito, just a few meters from shops, restaurants, and beaches. It’s also a short distance from the bustling neighborhood of Bocagrande, with its lively nightlife and beautiful beaches.
