I loved the how safe this property was. It is locked all day and only unlocked by staff. I also enjoyed my room with vanity and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. The hotel is in the heart of the walled city and easy to walk around everywhere. I also loved the food at their restaurant Epoch and how the food credit policy goes. Instead of only being allowed credit for breakfast you may choose when you would like to use the credit. There were fruit vendors outside I could go get freshly cut mango, pineapple and papaya from and having a coffee overlooking their pool is a memory of relaxation and bliss I will never forget.

Amazing property, everywhere you look there’s a piece of history or just beauty. The rooftop is amazing and the workers make you feel special. We were sad to leave and it was an awesome addition to our trip to Cartagena

Quizas lo mejor del hotel sea la ubicación, sin embargo las otras caracteristicas dejan que desear, el desayuno funciona en un restaurant adjunto que abre a las 7 am (no puntual) y cuentas con un credito para el desayuno de 60.000 pesos por persona (algo que no estaba claro previo a la reserva). Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado (goteaba y al final hizo un ruido fuertisimo en medio de la noche), fue rapidamente resuelto al otro dia, pero para la calificacion que tenia el lugar se esperaba algo distinto... ademas la puerta de acceso funciona con un timbre que hay que tocar y esperar que abran cada vez que quieras entrar o salir... el personal muy amable y cordial pero no nos parecio un buen hotel en general

It is my second time at this hotel. I highly recommend it. Location, price, quality. The only thing is that the pool is a little too small when the hotel is at full occupancy. The rooms that face the street can be a little noisy.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is small and cozy. Rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is amazing. They served us breakfast in the patio by the pool. Location is great. All 6 of us had a massage on our last day. It was heaven. Highly recommend.

Oasis is the middle of bustling old town. Common areas beautifully decorated with antique art and furniture. Spacious and open courtyard with a medium size pool surrounded with exotic flora. Upstairs roof terrace offered fantastic views of cathedral and walled city. Front desk staff was very accommodating. When we asked for another room with shutters we were promptly offered one. Rooms are basic but functional and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special - limited menu with only 4 options to choose from - none of them great. However there was another menu with items available for purchase. Last morning we did just that - we bought our breakfast directly from Epoca cafe and it was delicious. Overall I’d highly recommend Hotel Casa del arzobispado for short stays in gorgeous Cartagena. Location can’t be beat!

Great location inside the walled city. Pretty much everything is walking distance. Staff was amazing. Room was beautiful & very comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was included & very tasty. Couldn’t of asked for more for my first time in Cartagena.

Great hotel
Hotel was great. Lovely room. Great staff. The restaurant attached was not so great. Slow service. Limited choices for hotel breakfast. We arrived early for breakfast and waited over an hour for coffee.
